QCA-IRS Option Valuer
Do you want help valuing your share options under the accounting rules IFRS2/FRS20? There is now free advice for corporate QCA members. The QCA has developed a comprehensive, DIY kit, the QCA-IRS Option Valuer(tm). The QCA-IRS Option Valuer has been produced in association with City Group, whose CEO, Edward Beale, is the Chairman of the QCA's Corporate Governance Committee and member of Independent Remuneration Solutions, a remuneration consultancy. The kit consists of detailed explanatory notes and Excel worksheets for you to use to value your share options. The QCA-IRS Option Valuer is free of charge to QCA members and £195 for non-members.
