Non-Executive Director Programme

With Non-Executive Directors increasingly in the spotlight, the QCA has developed a programme of events especially for Non-Execs. These events will explore various issues surrounding NEDs that have cropped up in light of the financial crisis, including their role in corporate governance, their interaction with management and the board, and how their role and responsibilities may change.

Several events took place in 2009, including a discussion lunch where Non-Executives and Executives discussed how their roles interact and a discussion dinner at the House of Lords where Non-Executives discussed whether it will be evolution or revolution for Non-Executives in 2010.
