A special QCA scheme to enable members to identify very senior Chairmen, Chief Executive Officers and other directors who are available for non executive appointments.

Terms/Fees

The director's fees payable to the executives will be at whatever normal rate a QCA member would consider appropriate.

There is no charge to obtain CVs from CEO. If a QCA member makes any form of financial contract with a director introduced via the QCA - NED Scheme, a success fee (no appointment, no fee) of £8k + VAT is forthwith payable to CEO. A signed Agreement of these terms will be a condition of release by CEO of CVs that identify directors included in this QCA - NED Scheme.
