QCA Corporate Finance Advisors Committee

The Corporate Finance Advisors Committee deals with issues that affect the primary markets for small and mid-cap quoted companies. It was originally set up in 2004 to deal with the specific issues faced by AIM companies and has now broadened its remit to represent corporate finance issues on all markets for smaller quoted companies.
