QCA Corporate Governance Committee
The QCA Corporate Governance Committee lobbies the relevant regulators to ensure that the specific needs of SQCs are considered when drawing up new corporate governance guidelines. It is also responsible for providing practical application notes to assist directors implementing the new rulings.
