Committees
The QCA is governed by an Executive Committee which is elected by the members for a three year term. The Committee meets monthly to discuss issues brought to them by the technical committees and to formulate forthcoming plans. In addition, several technical committees meet regularly to discuss issues and draft reports on the sector's concerns. The committees' work has often resulted in specific changes to legislation.
