Technical Committees
The QCA has seven technical committees that meet regularly to discuss issues brought to them by members, and the various EU and UK Governments' and other regulatory bodies' consultations that affect small and mid-cap quoted companies. The QCA technical committees are made up of both QCA Corporate and Advisory members, and all committee members are experienced and skilled experts in their fields. It is through these committees that we lobby on issues important to the smaller quoted company sector. Their work has often resulted in specific changes to legislation.
