Annual Events

The QCA runs a number of prestigious events throughout the year. These include:

The Summer Reception
The Annual Summer Reception is a networking event held in London, which attracts 250 representatives from companies and advisors in the smaller quoted company sector. It is free to attend for members and their guests. The dress code is lounge suits.
This year's reception is being sponsored by PLUS markets and is taking place on Wednesday 30 June 2010 at 30 St Mary Axe (The Gherkin).

The Annual Dinner
The QCA Annual Dinner is a prestigious event for SQCs and their advisory firms, which is regarded by the City as one of the highlights of the year. This year's dinner is taking place on Thursday 23 September 2010 at The Grange Hotel St Paul's and is being sponsored by London Stock Exchange. The dress code is black tie. The Annual General Meeting
The AGM takes place in early October each year. The formal AGM is followed by a drinks reception and all members are invited to attend. This year's AGM is taking place on Tuesday 5 October 2010. For recent annual reports and AGM minutes, click here.

The Finance Directors' Dinner
The Finance Directors' Dinner takes place annually and offers SQC FDs to hear from and question a prominent figure in the field and debate the various issues they face over an excellent dinner. At last year's dinner, sponsored by Mazars on 2 June 2009, guests heard from John Martin, a Partner at Alchemy, at the impressive River Room at Glaziers Hall in London.

The Advisor Members' Dinner
The Advisor Members' Dinner takes place annually at the House Of Lords. Over 100 advisors to the small cap sector attend the event hosted by QCA President Lord Strathclyde. The date for this year's dinner is to be confirmed.
